The Companion Card program is administered by the state and territory governments. For further information about the Companion Card please visit your state or territory government website. Alternatively, you can visit the Disability Gateway website at www.disabilitygateway.gov.au and search for ‘Companion Card’. This will provide a link to Companion Card information in the states and territories.

How to register as an Affiliate

National Affiliates

If you are an organisation that operates on a national level and would like to find out more about the National Affiliate program, please read the National Affiliate Handbook.

To sign up as a National Affiliate, please fill in the National Affiliate Application Form and return to the address listed on the form.

State/Territory Affiliates

If you are an organisation that operates in a particular State or Territory and would like to become an affiliate, please contact the Companion Card facilitators in your area.
